No. Infoluma.pro is independent. We do not claim manufacturer authorisation unless a manufacturer formally appoints us. This keeps the relationship transparent.

Do you work on every brand?

We assess a wide range of client-owned watches, but we may decline work where parts, tools, water-resistance requirements or value risk make another route safer.

Will polishing affect value?

It can. That is why we discuss the goal before cosmetic work and recommend conservative options for collectible or vintage pieces.

Can I ship a watch to the atelier?

Insured intake can be arranged after an initial conversation. We recommend private appointment for high-value, urgent or moisture-damaged watches whenever possible.
