Infoluma.pro is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any watch manufacturer unless expressly stated in writing. Brand names may be used only to identify watches owned by clients.

Website information

Website content is provided for general service information and does not guarantee that a particular watch can be repaired, restored, pressure tested or supplied with parts.

Estimates and approval

Work begins only after an estimate or service route is approved. If additional issues are discovered after opening or deeper inspection, we may pause work and request further approval.

Water resistance

Water resistance depends on current watch condition, gaskets, crown, caseback, crystal and testing results. No watch should be treated as water-safe based only on its original rating or marketing description.

Vintage and collectible watches

Repair decisions can affect originality and value. Owners are responsible for choosing between conservation, repair and cosmetic restoration after receiving available guidance.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, website use and appointment enquiries do not create a warranty beyond written service terms agreed for approved work.
